Brazilian Customers: 

Go to the post office, post your request to the address Av. Deputado Emilio Carlos 665 compl.103 Limão São Paulo SP 02721-000 Brazil, once we receive your order back and it is in accordance with our exchange policy, we will return the money to you.

International Customers: 

Return your items to the following address within 14 days of the date on your dispatch note. Please note that returns will be made at your own cost.
